- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just tried to get an appointment here. Was on the phone with one of their girls. She asked me if I had dental insurance, which I did. I tried explaining I had Highmark dental. She kept asking me if it was for dentistry or if was up until a certain age. I told her it says dental on it and I just got coverage as part of my job. I had zero problem using my insurance at my last dentist. I understand health coverage is a labyrinth of different plans, but this lady had no customer service skills.June 02, 2017by Keefer Kopco
