- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When you are in the office, they are great. Then it all goes down hill. Telling me I would get a $200 rebate if I bought certain contacts and then when I didn't get it just giving an "oh well". Refusing to fix my son's glass until I pushed them to, yes they were still under warranty. The last straw for me was when they told me if we bought our contacts through them we could order for the next two years. When I went to order more contacts they said no. It was explained that the laws had changed since I bought my contacts. I asked if anyone had informed the patients of the policy change. I was told no one had told the patients. When I asked why, I was told it was common sense. They are extremely unprofessional.January 13, 2017by Talos 167
