  I have been taking my 2 ½ year old and my 4 month old here since they were born. I have always had excellent experiences. I find all of the workers at the office to be friendly and professional. They always get you in asap and the Dr and PA are available to call in the middle of the night if you have medical questions ( I have done this on multiple occasions when I was a new mom and they always answer within a few rings). The nurses are friendly and have been the same since we joined the practice (and while they have tattoos I don't see an issue with this). I'm not sure about the comment below saying they are dressed unprofessionally since they all where scrubs? Also, when we joined the practice Dr Russo was adamant about shots, to belong to the practice your child must get them, I find it hard to believe they would have missed those. The PA switched since we started, the original wasn't as talkative which may have been mistaken for unfriendliness - but still exceptionally knowledgeable which I find more important. I was sad to see her leave. The new PA is very friendly/talkative and while I think she lacked a little experience at first, seems to be gaining more knowledge now. Dr Russo's husband does work there and isn't the best with the computer system/scheduling etc, but he isn't always the one at the front. Plus, I care more about the quality of CARE from the Dr i.e. diagnosis and treatments vs. check-in personnel. Coming from a very choosy protective mother - I recommend them. Additionally, I choose this practice on a recommendation from a friend who takes her 5 daughters there...

  This is by far the worst medical clinic I have been to. The staff is not helpful, rude and very unprofessional. My kid hasn't even seen Dr. Russo yet and I'm already driven away from this office bc of its incompetent staff members. And in order for us to get a new pediatrician we need medical records in which the staff has destroyed without my permission. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this clinic.

  I have heard that Dr. Russo is a great, super-terrific doctor but the women who run her front desk and insurance billing are condescending and rude. I feel bad saying anything because I don't know if they are rude or just having a hard time with their jobs.  Dr. Russo, you are providing a service and I am a customer who has a choice in which doctor we see. Rude service will cause patients to seek treatment elsewhere. It's a business and like anything else if I was a doctor I'd want to know if my patients were being treated in a manner by my staff which could cost me business. I just plan to take my business elsewhere.
